Hallo,

There is a new version of SportWatcher available. Beside the allready supported distributions openSUSE and Debian, there is now (K)Ubuntu 9.04 also supported.

Beside a lot of bug fixes, version 0.5 has some new features:

  • import of TCX files
  • shows the speed
  • handles pauses correct now
  • compensates deletes paces

You can download the new version from the following pages:

   http://www.theosys.at/download
   http://sourceforge.net/projects/sportwatcher
   http://code.google.com/p/sportwatcher

Additionally to SportWatcher, you can use the sport logger TheoSport, a WEB application too. It can import TCX and HRM files. In case there are GPS coordinates in a TCX file, it displays a map with the track on it. You'll find TheoSport at:

   https://www.theosys.at/splog

Have a lot of fun!
