This program is an amortization scheduler. It was especialy deveveloped |
for particular features as they are standard in Austria. These features |
my be also be a standard in Germany. |
However: Because the standards needed in england or the U.S.A. are |
completely unknown, this program currently speaks only german. There is |
even no code for lacale management implemented, but it is planned for |
future releases. |
Currently, no documentation is available, but I'm working on it. This |
release is a first beta version, made for financial experts to verify |
loans. |
If you like to contribute into this project, feel free to do so. You're |
welcome. |

15.12.2007 This is the initial release of "Tilgungsplan", an amortization |
scheduler. It allows to find the maturity or the installment of |
a loan. It is also able to calculate changing interest and/or |
installment. In case of a changing interest, it can calculate |
a new installment to ensure the maturity doesn't change. |
The completely calculated amortization schedule can be displayed |
in a table. The contents of the table are moveable to the |
clipboard. This allows to insert the amortization schedule into |
a spread sheet, for example. |
The programm is currently able to calculate some effective |
interest, that represents the percentage the loan realy costs |
in the first year. With this effective interest you can |
compare the loan over different banks, because how to calculate |
the effective interest is defined by law, at least in Austria. |
