Planning projects works like a Gantt diagram and can be done step by step. The
tasks can be arbitrary nested.
Time registration
Every staff member is able to enter the spend time on a project by her-/himself.
The internal role management makes shure, that every staff member sees only the projects she/he
is planned.
Controlling
At your option, you can have a central project controlling, where you manage
your ressources, plan holidays and manage sick persons.
Charging
You can set a fixed price per hour individually on every stuff member, and also to external
stuff members. This allows to find out at stage of planning the cost of the project. You can add some
risk budget and expenses you know you will need.
Corporate Design
The application will have your corporate design and should visually fit into your
company.
